Henry Berchmans has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology, which includes 18+ years with Cognizant working in Banking and Financial services and Insurance verticals. He has vast delivery management and business development experience that includes winning and growing new clients. He has actively been involved in process initiatives – twice been CMMi certification Assessment Team member at organization level, Clarity/Optimization account Champion. He has rich experience in Project Management, design, development, testing and implementation of various business applications and management information systems in mainframe and new technology platforms. Has in-depth understanding of Cards Business having worked directly with a cards issuer/acquirers through a leading third-party cards processor. He has over 6 years of US onsite client facing experience, which includes clients like FDR, IBM and ADP. Also he has other overseas experience working with clients at UK, Japan and Malaysia.
